Hypnotherapy isn’t magic - it’s the application of focused attention, imagination, and emotional regulation that we now understand deeply through neuroscience. Hypnosis is a natural neurocognitive state. You enter it whenever you lose yourself in a book, a walk, a fire, or a quiet moment before sleep. This trance-like state is not unconsciousness, but a focused convergence between the prefrontal cortex and deeper brain networks, allowing access to powerful integrative processes.
You’re always in control - even if sometimes it doesn’t feel like it.
Using both structured conversation and guided trance, we engage the logical and emotional layers of your mind. This creates new pathways - not through force - but by accessing your brain’s natural ability to rewire itself when in a relaxed, imaginative, and open state. States in which change becomes more fluid, emotions recalibrate, and new mental habits form naturally.
Based in research: Trance states are associated with changes in functional brain connectivity, improved emotional regulation, and increased “phenomenological control” - your ability to shape your inner experience.

As a therapist, I bring both technical training and intuitive understanding to help you regain a sense of agency over aspects of your life, choices and emotions. I’m trained in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy and work with modern neuroscience, cognitive-behavioural tools and deeply transformative metaphors. I’m particularly passionate about stress, anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, and helping people build a calm, intelligent inner life.
The approach I take is relational, collaborative and grounded in the belief that you already have what you need to change. My job is to help you rediscover your inner strength.
My practice is guided by one principle: we heal when we reconnect to our internal wisdom - calm, coherent, and curious. I see every client as a living, adaptive system - not a problem to fix, but a process to support.
